A few days in Singapore in April 2025.

Marina Bay at night and the skyline at blue hour. Raffles, for a Singapore Sling where it was invented, and the Long Bar, which still has peanut shells on the floor. Kampong Glam’s Sultan Mosque, Haji Lane’s canopies and the painted figures on its rooftops. A cold beer under the ironwork at Lau Pa Sat, the lanterns of Chinatown and Botero’s bird by the river. And on the way home, the Rain Vortex pouring through the Jewel at Changi.
